TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, the owner of an online store is required to outline the terms of delivery, return, and the right of withdrawal. This document constitutes a Distance Contract as per Cabinet of Ministers regulations.

DISTANCE CONTRACT

The seller of the products offered on this website (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) and the person placing the order (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) agree to the following terms:

The Seller commits to sell and deliver products to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer’s order.

DELIVERY AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE

  • The Buyer places an order through this website, specifying the type and quantity of goods.
  • Payment can be made via integrated online payment tools or by paying the invoice sent to the Buyer by email. The invoice is issued electronically and does not require a signature.
  • The Seller ensures delivery within 20 days from receipt of payment, with the exact delivery time agreed upon with the Buyer.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, by sending a withdrawal notice to the Seller.
  • A withdrawal form will be emailed to the Buyer upon request.
  • The Buyer must return the goods within 7 days of sending the withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if:

  • The goods, by their nature, cannot be returned, are perishable, or are intended for quick consumption.
  • The goods were made specifically for the Buyer according to a custom order.
  • The Buyer has opened the packaging of audio or video recordings, or computer software.

As per Section 12, Paragraph 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period.

The Seller reserves the right to:

  • Refuse the withdrawal request, or
  • Deduct compensation if the product is damaged, misused, or returned without the original packaging, or if the packaging is significantly damaged.

DATA PROCESSING

By entering the required information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms awareness and agreement that the provided data will be used by the Seller to process the order and arrange delivery in accordance with Latvian legislation.

The Buyer also agrees to receive notifications related to order processing via the email address provided.
